SAM.gov registration and renewal are FREE at sam.gov. The U.S. Government never charges you to register, renew, or update a SAM.gov registration.
CageCheck is an independent, privately operated service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government, the General Services Administration (GSA), SAM.gov, or any government agency. The official registry is at sam.gov.
Who operates this service
CageCheck is operated by Covo Franco Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Notices and requests reach us at hello@getcagecheck.com.
Informational use only
CageCheck presents information derived from dated public SAM.gov entity records and, only when explicitly labeled, exclusions sources. Unavailable exclusions coverage is not a clear result. The service is for general informational and pre-screening purposes and is not legal, financial, or contracting advice. Make award, payment, and compliance decisions based on the official record at sam.gov.
Accuracy and timeliness
The public SAM data refreshes periodically and may be delayed or contain errors. We show a “data as of” date and link to the official source, but we do not warrant that any result is current, complete, or accurate. Identifiers and names can collide; confirm matches at sam.gov.

Vendor Watchlist subscription
The Vendor Watchlist is an optional paid convenience service: you give us up to 50 UEIs or CAGE codes and we email you every 7 days which of them have expired, expire within 60 days, or are not active, according to the latest public SAM.gov entity extract we have loaded. Each email states the date of that extract; a vendor that renewed after it still shows its older date, so confirm on sam.gov before acting. The watchlist does not check exclusions (debarment). It costs US$49 per month, charged in advance by card through Stripe to Covo Franco Digital LLC, and renews monthly until you cancel. You can change the vendors or cancel at any time from the link in any watchlist email; cancelling stops future charges and the emails continue until the end of the month already paid. Months already paid are not refunded. Any fee charged by CageCheck is for optional third-party convenience services only. Registration and renewal are always free at sam.gov.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CageCheck is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its output.
