Vendor list monitoring
Review a supplier list before it becomes a problem
Paste up to 50 UEIs or CAGE codes to see the recorded status and expiration dates together. If the list is part of your weekly workflow, keep watching it and receive an email when a vendor needs attention.
Checking more than one vendor?
Paste your whole list and see every status now
Up to 50 UEIs or CAGE codes — one per line, or straight from a spreadsheet column. Free, and no email needed to see the results.
SAM.gov registration and renewal are FREE at sam.gov. The U.S. Government never charges you to register, renew, or update a SAM.gov registration.
CageCheck is an independent, privately operated service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government, the General Services Administration (GSA), SAM.gov, or any government agency. The official registry is at sam.gov.
Useful for recurring lists
Keep a supplier, subcontractor or prospect list in one place and let the weekly email surface recorded expirations and inactive registrations.
Every result keeps its date
The source date stays visible because SAM.gov publishes the public entity extract monthly. This is a dated monitoring aid, not a live status or an exclusions clearance.
Common questions
Who is weekly vendor monitoring for?+
It is for procurement teams, brokers, prime contractors and vendors that revisit a list of federal suppliers instead of checking one record once.
What does the weekly review check?+
It checks up to 50 UEIs or CAGE codes each week and emails vendors that are recorded as expired, within 60 days of expiration, or no longer active in the dated public SAM.gov extract.
Is the data live and does it check exclusions?+
No. The public extract is monthly, each result shows its source date, and the watchlist does not check exclusions or debarment. Confirm consequential decisions on the official SAM.gov record.
